Allergens
All of our items are produced in a facility which also handles:
-Nuts and Peanuts
-Wheat
-Dairy
-Eggs
-Soy
-Seafood
-food coloring
Foods produced in our kitchen is not suitable for those who has food allergies, especially if they are life threatening.
Ordering
-To place an order, simply fill out our contact form (on our website) include detailed information on item you are ordering, and amount you would like to order. If you have any questions on the items, you may submit an inquiry. We will respond to you ASAP (usually within 48 hours from receiving form) to go over details with you.
Once all necessary information is noted, an order draft will be sent to your email for review. At this time, you as the client must thoroughly read all informations on order draft to ensure everything is as you ordered.
Once reviewed, a response email and payment deposit is required from client (minimum 1-4 weeks prior to event date depending on order requirements) to finalize the ordering process (please see deposits and payments).
Once we receive your response and payment deposit(s), changes requested cannot be guaranteed. Should we allow any changes, there may be additional fees (please see Changes and Cancellations for more details).
If we do not receive your response by due date/time (specifically required for your order), your order will be cancelled and not be processed. Late responses or late payments cannot guarantee your order. Contact us immediately should you miss your deadline to see if we are able to accommodate. Additional fees may apply ( please see Late fees, rush fees, changes fees).
Minimum Purchases
Any items which specifies a minimum is referring to the least amount able to be purchased in a single transaction. Some items are sold as sets. Some items require minimum amount per flavor or decoration. All orders require at least $50 minimum purchase.
